Hi!

Thank you for you interest to my problem.
Here is my Networking:
Screen Shot 2013-05-07 at 10.26.43 PM.png

"CNTSRV02_Kerio Control" is my Firewall, and he has two virtual network adapters- one of them is inside of Internet Network (vSwitch1) - "WAN", and second in Local Network (vSwitch0) - "LAN". To WAN assigned white IP address - 86.134.17.85 , to the network adapter named LAN I assigned local IP address - 192.168.10.202  .
"CNTSRV01" is my web-server , he has one network adapter in Local Network (vSwitch0) - 192.168.10.201

Now - if I will refer from the Internet to 86.134.17.85 IP adress - I want "CNTSRV02_Kerio Control" automatically forward me to "CNTSRV01" - another words forward port 8080 (80) to 192.168.10.201 host.

Rules in Firewall ("CNTSRV02_Kerio Control") completely correct - I know this, because this worked on physical servers (same settings & topology-only physical) before I moved to virtual environment .

Thank you again for ur help.
