Okay I thought you were trying to migrate things and for whatever reason that didn't work I just assumed the Virtual Machine was part of that. Under the circumstances Iets go about this a different way as I'm a big proponent of maintaining proper licensing,
2 Different options...
1. If this is Microsoft Office that you're having issue with then turning off Accelerate 3D Graphics. Have a look at: Enable Accelerated 3D Graphics
2. Try building out the Virtual Machine on your system and install VMware Tools and do not Activate or Register Windows until you move the Virtual Machine over to the new computer.
With Option 1 since the Virtual Machine is already having issues you may just want to delete it and start over providing you haven't already Activate Windows. If you have then let me know as there are some other options.
With Option 2 it's just about building out the Virtual Machine on a known good working system to workaround the current issues if the other suggestions don't work out.
Other then that at the moment the only other suggestion is... To help figure out what is what, the best way to provide comprehensive diagnostic information is to use the "Collect Support Information" command from the VMware Fusion (menu bar)> Help > Collect Support Information and then attach the .tgz file it created on your Desktop to a reply post. This way I can review the various logs and the configuration of the Virtual Machine and may see other causes of the issues and can provide additional information based on detailed technical data.
